Procrastination

Procrastination is the killer of dreams.

We’ve all had dreams. The world is built on them. Everything around us has come from someone’s imagination. From every great work of art, every piece of music, even the glass you’re drinking from, has been a product of someone’s dream.

The difference between them and the person who never achieves anything is procrastination.

Have you ever had this amazing idea that you just KNEW would be revolutionary?

Well what happened to it?

I mean, you spent your nights thinking of it, countless hours at work blandly doing your job as the enticements of that wonderful dream stirred in your every thought.

But then it comes time to act on it. What happens? Well, we realize there is actual work involved in making that dream a reality so we let ourselves get pulled back into our distractions; life, Facebook, video games, television, or just plain laziness.

The people who create, even those things that take your attention from your dream, are the ones who act on their ideas.

They put in the work!

The greatest reward is watching something you dreamed of, worked at, come to fruition and have people enjoy it.

I’ll admit, it’s scary, but the reward far outweighs the risk.

I urge you…follow your dream!!

If you’re having trouble, seek help. There are many people willing to lend you a hand; to help make those dreams a reality.

Surround yourself with positivity!

Build your dream.

Don’t let procrastination be the shifting sand on which your dream lies.

To your success,
